This program will provide managers, associates and even customers the ability to submit in writing positive comments about our associates who uphold our high standard of quality, service and positive actions-basically helping us reach our mission and upholding our value.
We want to encourage our associates to take the time to recognize coworkers when they exhibit one or more of the four pillars of behavior:

» Teamwork
» Spirit
» Initiative
An associate can be given this award by another associate or a supervisor in recognition of a job well done or for going out of their way to help a customer.
