Camping World will join forces with the highly successful Burnside RV currently located in Houghton Lake and Gaylord. In order to meet the growing demand for its products and services, they will consolidate the two locations into Houghton Lake and focus their efforts into one greatly expanded Camping World of Northern Michigan facility.

While that demand is partially satisfied by the thriving Camping World locations in Belleville (Metropolitan Detroit) and Grand Rapids, the company has determined that this market has considerable growth potential and is moving to swiftly meet it. There are a significant number of visitors traveling to and through the area to recreation destinations including the Upper Peninsula . The rapidly growing Traverse City area, which is also a major tourist destination, will also be served by this facility.

The all new, location is scheduled open Spring 2008 and will feature the sale of recreational vehicles including motorhomes, fifth wheels and travel trailers. It will also boast a comprehensive parts and accessories store, state-of- the- art service facility and collision center.
